Ordering instruction:
1) attach your image(s) to the order
form
2) type in the Comment area your instruction; eg.: "open
eyes to the girl in center bottom".
NB: Second image of the same person with wide open eyes is very
desirable (otherwise someone else's eyes will be implanted).
